Central Fresh Market has been a proud fixture in the Kitchener–Waterloo community since 1953, growing from a small fruit-and-vegetable shop into a fully independent, family-owned market known for exceptional service and quality. Built on a foundation of neighborhood connection, Central has expanded across decades to include an in-store bakery, deli, produce, and one of the region’s largest fresh meat departments.

Still locally owned and operated today, Central Fresh offers custom‑cut meats made daily, high-grade Ontario-sourced pork and poultry, and their own “Pino’s World Famous Sausage,” all alongside fresh produce delivered daily from the Ontario Food Terminal.
